Dr. Aqsa Shaikh is Associate Professor of Community Medicine. Beyond an academician she is also a health activist working on inclusion and equity for the transgender community, persons with disability and persons with mental illness. She is India’s only Transgender COVID- 19 Vaccination Centre Nodal Officer.
