Yohannes Lemu
Dr. Yohannes Kebede Lemu (BSc, MPH, PhD) is an Associate Professor at Jimma University’s Department of Health, Behavior, and Society. He has 15 years of experience in teaching and research on public health topics including malaria, TB, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, and COVID-19. He also directs the Gilgelgibe Field Research Center. Dr. Yohannes has published over 65 articles and led several significant research grants. He holds leadership roles in various research and advisory groups and was honored as the Best Teacher of Jimma University in 2021.
